Your child can come to campus and visit classes in person in the fall. Current students will host your child and be available to answer questions about our program and community. You can register on Ravenna to schedule a campus visit on a Tuesday morning.
This adult-only event is an opportunity to interact with JMSG parents. The director of enrollment, head of school, and parents will be available to answer questions about our program and community. This event will be scheduled once-a-month throughout the fall and winter. To register, create an account on Ravenna.

#2 Apply for the 2024-2025 School Year

Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) (not required)
JMSG no longer requires ISEE scores for admission. Applicants must complete the JMSG school assessment as part of the application process.
JMSG School Assessment
JMSG accepts applications from students who align with the mission of the Julia Morgan School for Girls and who identify as girls or identify as non-binary. Please submit the preliminary application and fee by January 19, 2024. The application fee is $100 (non-refundable). Supplemental forms including student questionnaire, teacher recommendation, and school transcripts will be due February 15, 2024. All forms are available on Ravenna.

JMSG School Assessment
Every applicant must attend an on-campus assessment for two hours in late January or early February. Once you submit the application, you can register on Ravenna for the JMSG assessment.
Family Interview (applicant and parents)
The family interview is an opportunity for a staff member to get to know your child, and for your family to ask questions and learn more about JMSG. Families who submit the JMSG application and pay the application fee early will have access to the interview schedule as soon as they apply. Interviews are scheduled December to February.

JMSG admission decisions will be mailed on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, and posted on Ravenna on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 12pm.
