8th graders learned about calorimetry through experiments that determine the amount of energy (calories) in a walnut.

6th graders made models of rivers in Science this week and have been observing the way the water flows naturally and what happens when humans intervene with nature's course.

The ERA activity calculated that due to pay inequities, JMSG students will lose $255 million in earnings in their anticipated professions over the course of their lifetimes because they are women.  Students wore purple and took this photo to send to Maria Schriver.
