What is tuition for the 2012-2013 school year?
Tuition costs are evaluated annually and finalized in January preceding each academic year. Tuition for the current (2011-2012) academic year is $22,500*. The Board usually approves a modest tuition increase each year. Tuition includes all program and field trip expenses. Are there any additional fees or expenses?
There is a $90 non-refundable application fee and a one-time new student enrollment fee of $550*. The Lunch Program and After School Study Hall are each optional and available at an additional cost. (After school team sports & music are offered at no fee.) What are my payment options?
When a student decides to enroll at JMSG, a deposit of ten percent of the tuition, plus the new student enrollment fee, is required along with the enrollment contract within eight days of the date of the Acceptance letter. The rest of the tuition is payable by one of the following three plans: Plan I: One single payment due April 1 Plan II: Two payments due April 1 and September 1 ($150 service charge*) Plan III: Ten installments due the first of each month from April 1 to January 1 ($25/month service charge*)
Does tuition include After School Study Hall?
No. After School Study Hall is provided Monday through Friday from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. at additional cost. How much does After School Study Hall cost?The cost of After School Study Hall depends on how many hours are purchased at a time. Blocks of time ranging from 5 hours for $60 ($12/hour) to $2,000 for the entire year ($5/hour) can be purchased in advance. The drop-in rate without prepayment is $15/hour.
